Tongshang Hong Kong strengthens its Debt Capital Markets Practice with the appointment of Shan Jiang
Tongshang Hong Kong is pleased to announce that Shan Jiang has joined the firm as a partner in its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) practice, further enhancing the firm’s capabilities in both domestic and international capital markets.
Shan joins from Magic Circle firm Linklaters, bringing more than 11 years of wealth experience advising leading international financial institutions and corporate issuers on high‑yield and complex debt capital markets transactions across Greater China and Asia.
Shan’s experience covers a wide range of matters, including sovereign issuances, high‑profile debt restructurings and liability management. He regularly advises on U.S. securities law matters across both debt and equity capital markets, supporting clients on cross‑border transactions. He has also represented both underwriters and issuers on offshore convertible bond offerings and advised sponsors on Hong Kong IPO projects.
