Patricia Yip is an associate of Eric Chow & Co. in association with Commerce and Finance Law Offices.

Patricia’s practice focuses on initial public offerings, transactions governed by the Hong Kong Takeovers Code, and compliance matters of listed companies and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Eric Chow & Co. in association with Commerce and Finance Law Offices, Patricia worked in the Corporate and Commercial teams at another law firm in Hong Kong.
