Christy Leung is a Partner of Eric Chow & Co. in Association with Commerce and Finance Law Offices.

Christy has over 13 years of experience advising on contentious regulatory matters and commercial disputes. She has advised investment banks, financial institutions, listed companies, licensed corporations and company directors in regulatory and criminal investigations and proceedings brought by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) and the Hong Kong Police Force. She has also acted in a broad range of civil/commercial litigation matters before the Hong Kong courts and arbitral tribunals, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, boardroom disputes, contractual disputes, private equity investment related disputes, insolvency matters, and judicial review proceedings.

Prior to joining Eric Chow & Co. in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Christy was a partner at a reputable US law firm. She was seconded in Morgan Stanley in 2016, during which she worked in their Asia Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team. Christy has been recognized as “Stand-Out Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters 2022.
