Kyle Ho is a Dispute Resolution Associate of Eric Chow & Co. in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Kyle advises and represents clients in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with particular experience in PRC-related and cross-border matters. His practice spans shareholder and director disputes, contractual claims, insolvency matters, insurance defence, tortious claims (including defamation and property damage), fraud, regulatory investigations, and international arbitration. He has experience acting for corporations, financial institutions, shareholders, directors and high-net-worth individuals in contentious matters before the Hong Kong courts and arbitral tribunals.

Kyle also has particular experience in contentious probate and estate administration matters, and has advised clients in inheritance disputes and mental health disputes.

Prior to joining Eric Chow & Co. in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices, Kyle was an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at an international law firm.

Kyle is actively involved in professional service. He serves on several committees of the Law Society of Hong Kong and other business associations, including as a Committee Member of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
